One scan, one order in Square
A member scans at the kiosk exactly as they do today, and PerkClub creates an order in your Square account with the redeemed items on it; on multi-site, each kiosk is mapped to its own Square location, so redemptions show up where they happened. The integration writes orders, not payments: it records what members redeemed, and membership billing stays with PerkClub and Stripe.

Does PerkClub integrate with Square?

Does the integration send payments to Square?
No. The orders PerkClub creates are records of what members redeemed, not payments or revenue. Membership billing stays with PerkClub and Stripe, and your Square takings are untouched.
Do I need Square to use PerkClub?
No. PerkClub is POS-agnostic: the kiosk needs no POS and runs alongside any till. The Square integration is optional, for shops already on Square that want redemptions logged automatically.
Does it cost extra?
No. The Square integration is included with every PerkClub plan at no extra cost, whether you run one site or several.
What happens if Square goes down?
Nothing at the counter. The push to Square is deliberately kept out of the redemption path: the kiosk confirms the perk instantly, and the order is sent to Square separately. A Square problem can never hold up your till.
