PerkClub doesn’t replace your till. It sits alongside it. Most independent UK shops we work with run a different EPOS at the counter — Square, Goodtill, Lightspeed, Epos Now, iZettle — and PerkClub handles only the membership layer: the sign-up, the wallet pass, and the redemption.
Practically: when a member presents their pass, staff scan the QR code on PerkClub’s in-browser kiosk on any device — phone, tablet, or laptop — confirm the perk, and ring up the £0.00 drink (or the discounted item) on the till as normal. The two systems stay decoupled, which means you keep full control of your existing setup.
We’re working on direct integrations with major UK POS providers so that redemption happens inside your till flow rather than as a parallel step. If your POS is on the roadmap and you’d like to be a launch partner, drop us a line at hello@perkclub.io.
