PerkClub has three published tiers: Starter at £59/month (up to 20 members), Standard at £99/month (up to 50 members), and Max at £199/month (up to 100 members). Beyond that, 100+ monthly members, multiple sites at scale, or custom integrations — our Custom plan is priced individually. All tiers exclude the Stripe processing fee.

The 1.5% + 20p per transaction covers Stripe's payment processing fees — standard for the industry, and a small share of the recurring revenue each member brings. This increases to 2.5% for EEA cards and 3.25% for International or AMEX cards.

Stripe processes all membership payments and sends your earnings directly to your bank account every week. You can track all payments and payouts from your merchant dashboard.

Yes. All plans are rolling 30-day contracts. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. We work with independent businesses and know how volatile this can be so do not want to lock anyone into a long term contract.

No, there is no free trial available.

As a worked example: 50 members at £40/month = £2,000/month MRR. Transaction fees at 1.5% + 20p ≈ £40/month. Standard tier subscription = £99/month. Net to the shop: ~£1,861/month — before accounting for any uplift in members' add-on spending. The full calculator is on the homepage.

When your active member count exceeds your tier's limit, you'll be automatically upgraded. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no fees for designing your QR codes. Your costs are your monthly platform fee and the per-transaction Stripe fee, plus any optional add-ons you switch on: additional sites at £39/month each (your first site is included) and Gifts at £19/month per site.

Price it against the value a member gets each month, not against a single visit. As rough guidance from real PerkClub shops: coffee tends to land at £30–£50, barbers £40–£60, salons £45–£70, florists £75–£110, and bakeries £32–£45. The right number is one that feels like an easy yes for your members while still protecting your margin.

Your monthly platform fee is based on your tier, not on how often perks get redeemed, so unused perks don't cost you extra. In fact a member who pays but visits less often is pure recurring revenue. You only ever pay the Stripe processing fee on the payments you actually collect.

Only when you cross a tier limit. Each published tier covers a set number of members — Starter up to 20, Standard up to 50, Max up to 100 — and you move up automatically when you exceed the cap. The fee is fixed within each tier, so growing inside your current band doesn't change your cost.

Yes. You can adjust your perks and pricing from your dashboard as you learn what works. Changes apply to new sign-ups going forward, and you should always give existing members fair notice before any change to what they pay.

Yes, on any plan. You can add additional sites for £39/month per additional site, and everything runs from one account and one dashboard. Your plan's member allowance is shared across the whole account (so Standard's 50 members is a total across all your sites, not per site). Gifts is an optional add-on. One switch in your dashboard turns it on for every site you run, at £19 per month each. One site is £19 per month; £57 per month covers three. It lets your customers buy a gift membership for anyone, which means upfront revenue for you and new people through the door.

Members pay for your membership, and Stripe routes that money to you, then sends it to your bank account each week. Your PerkClub platform fee is billed to you separately. To your members it simply looks like they're subscribing to your shop.
