Yes. PerkClub works with any till, and if you run Square, redemptions log themselves. There is nothing you have to connect to get started: the PerkClub kiosk is a web page that runs on any device, members scan their pass there, and staff ring the item through Square as normal. Shops that want to go further can switch on the Square integration, which is included with every plan.

Running PerkClub alongside Square with no integration

PerkClub is POS-agnostic by design. Square runs the till; PerkClub runs the membership: sign-up, wallet pass, kiosk redemption, and daily limits. The two systems stay decoupled, so nothing about your Square setup changes and nothing can break your till. This is how every PerkClub shop can operate from day one, whatever POS it runs, and it needs no configuration at all.

What the Square integration adds

With the integration switched on, every redemption at the kiosk is pushed into Square automatically as an order: one scan becomes one order, with the redeemed items on it by name and quantity. Staff stop double-entering redemptions at the till, and your Square records show what members took, per location if you run more than one site.

Two honest boundaries. The orders record redemptions; they are not payments or revenue, and membership billing stays with PerkClub and Stripe. And the push to Square is deliberately kept out of the redemption path, so the kiosk confirms the perk instantly and a Square problem can never hold up your counter. The full detail is on the Square integration page.

What it costs

Nothing on top of your plan. The Square integration is included with every PerkClub plan, on one site or many; see pricing for plan details. It is also entirely optional: PerkClub does not require Square, or any POS, to run memberships.

Where to go from here

If you run a shop on Square, the Square integration page walks through the flow from scan to order. For the wider question of running memberships on a Square till, including what Square offers natively in the UK, read the UK guide to memberships on Square.
